I LOVE prosecco, and have been wanting to have a ‘Pimp Your Prosecco’ station at a party for aaages. Last Saturday marked the end of the Dryathlon – I gave up drinking for the month of September to raise money for Cancer Research UK – and was the perfect excuse for a party, and prosecco-pimping!
The ‘Pimp Your Prosecco’ station went down a storm, and is so easy to do! All you need is various flavoured cordials – I opted for rose, lemon, pomegranate and elderflower – and fruits and flowers. I had little pots of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, and hibiscus flowers which look so pretty in the glass, and come in a lovely fruity syrup.
Pomegranate was definitely my favourite flavour, and I loved the combination of rose and lemon too. I decanted all of the fruits and cordials into bottles and jars, and hand scripted the labels using one of the many guides I found on Pinterest.
