I’m on a mega health kick at the moment (let’s see how long I can keep it up!!) and am loving gym, dance and gymnastics classes! I am much better at motivating myself in a group situation, however if I am working out on my own the one sure-fire thing that will keep me going is the right music. Getting in the zone and keeping up with the tempo of the music I find works so much better than being shouted at by a personal trainer, so I’ve put together a playlist of energising songs to share with you guys!
